Refund and Returns Policy

At Divine Golden, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@divinegolden.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
4. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@DivineGolden.com.
6. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at Info@DivineGolden.com.
7. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For defective or damaged items, return shipping will be covered by us.
