At Divine Golden, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and returns process. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to return an item under the following conditions:
Return Window
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
Condition of the Product
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. Products that have been used or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
Contact Us
Email us at info@divinegolden.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your returned package.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the return is delivered safely.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Amount
The refund will include the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you the following options:
- Replacement: We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
- Refund: We will process a full refund to your original payment method for the damaged or defective item.
To initiate the return for damaged or defective items, please email us with photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
7. Shipping Fees
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Original Shipping Fees
Shipping charges for the original purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake made by Divine Golden.
8. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes. International returns are subject to the same conditions as domestic returns but may take longer to process.
